@curiousdatacat I had dinner with my brother and sister at an outside restaurant last night. My brother said he’s had tinnitus for 3 months and my sister said her skin is getting very thin, easily bruises and has been having abdominal bloating. I didn’t say anything. They wouldn’t consider it.

@rainbowvegan_ Local news brought up the lack of workers thing again. Some is LC and some are low paying service jobs where the workers are continually harassed even more than before and they left their jobs. For something better. If you’ve never worked one of these jobs you won’t understand.

@LauraMiers I was out yesterday and this guy kept staring at me for wearing a mask. When I looked him in the eyes he turned away. A few minutes later I walked by him looked him straight in the eyes and said “My immune system is f’d up.” He was shocked I approached him. They always cower.

@MeetJess I’m still testing positive almost 3 weeks out. Saw my ENT yesterday and told him I was positive and he still refused to put a mask on. I traced my first infection that gave me LC in spring 2020 to his office visit. Can’t say I would feel too bad returning the favor.

@amymitchellart I just took Paxlovid for 5 days.I don’t think I could have handled it for 10 days. It altered my sense of smell and taste significantly.Things I liked smelled horrible. Food I liked tasted so gross I couldn’t eat it. It was work to maintain my weight. This was my tongue on day 5.

@LadyChuan My sister had had covid at least twice. She’s developed GI symptoms like abdominal bloating. Unable to eat certain foods. Her skin has deteriorated dramatically. I saw a picture of her recently and the skin on her arms looks likes she 90 years old. It was shocking.
