@WZG1889 @SilkyStrzalek They solved this problem. there’s a warning sticker on it saying not to do that. cmon 🤣.

@LESLlEKNOPE In case someone rocked up at your polling station with the same correct details as you (address, date of birth etc) and a pretty similar likeness just to steal your one vote? I kind of think on the balance of probability here…? 😂.

@creativortexx TIL there are different colours for BSOD:. Orange = CPU/GPU bugcheck.Green = Insider build.Pink = GPU fault (sometimes yellow QR code).

@Milo_Edwards I think it’s interesting that we had photos glorifying a terrorist attack. we had full male ass. but the most seemingly offensive at all (which actually got it shut down) was a woman’s naked breasts?!?.

@fesshole It’s an old one but for me watching how they interact with the recruitment consultant, security guard, receptionist etc etc I find telling. If they can’t be nice to non-technical people it’s a “poor culture match” from me too. Most technical roles involve dealing with non tech.

@nadinebh_ I drive an electric car and it costs me about £3 to do that journey. Might be worth looking into if you have to do it regularly? You can haggle the prices, don't pay the RRP 🙂.

@_dylanjohnstone Biologically, sure. But in terms of how he treats you, the respect, the love etc as you were being brought up I don't think it changes a thing 😊. Same person he's always been.

@LawrieJohnston @DaveBall65 @MarieAnnUK @nigel__w Agree that it's definitely a fine line. Sometimes taking their views seriously gives it credibility. In a way the walking out is a clear statement that you don't debate fascists. Trying to allow them to bring out the merits to their arguments is a waste of time.

@SwiftOnSecurity Lot of bad replies here but basically when you sign up for electricity with a utility they’re giving you credit for a month and then you pay off a bill. some people who have bad credit they don’t trust so they have to prepay. there’s few different ways to prepay. coins is one.

@VideoMilitia @jgrahamc BGP tells routers how to route to addresses. New routes get announced. Prior to the issues they saw a load of "withdraw" route messages. Now no Internet provider knows how to get there.

@ImPavloh @creativortexx Insider build and screen not cleared before drawing insider BSOD maybe? Presume it locked up and wasn’t just an overlay?.

@livk8d Perfectly normal. it's taken away all the outside stimulation and distraction so it's like "What did I do today? Oh I remember I sat on work laptop in my kitchen & now I'm moving into the living room" on repeat for over 18 MONTHS. All temporary though so don't be hard on urself.

@elsalwilliams I didn't realise train tickets could be on QR Codes now and I had paper tickets from the station, on the way to Scotland I showed the ticket inspector my Covid passport and he said "and do you have your ticket please?" about 10 minutes later I worked out what I'd done 😂.

@philatrail How do you see this working Philip? I mean you could put the departure destinations up there but you’d probably have to also put up something like the departure times too?.

@cowboybecsbop Old HR system asked for a reason I was requesting holiday, I put stuff in like “To drown stray kittens in the river Thames” to see if anyone read them. they got approved so I guess not 👍.

@SoVeryBritish Ah yes, we refer to it as the LG AKB75055702 Remote Control in this house, . “Hey @Michael1979, have you seen the LG AKB75055702 Remote Control?”. ”No Matthew, I haven’t seen the LG AKB75055702 Remote Control, has it fallen down the side of the sofa?”. Wild in our house.

@Srirachachau “To be different”. Wait till you find out how the inside door handles are electronic and in the event of the 12V system going down in a crash you’re trapped unless you pull at a speaker grill or rear carpet to find hidden catch (model dependent). I drive an EV btw so not anti-EV!.

@NickMaloney3 @BBCNews Paying for a nude model doesn't mean you can do whatever you want to the model's body or touch them anywhere you want. She will have been directed to touch Thicke in that screenshot. Doesn't mean he can grope her breasts without consent.

@CRELeasingLawTX @zplerhop @clhubes Kids misbehave and push boundaries. No real harm will come of eating too many sweets and if they are sick from it they won’t do it again. Teachable moment for them and just a little bit of fun. I don’t think it’s that deep.

@nadinebh_ Renault Zoe for the car and BP Chargemaster for the public chargers. There's starting to be a good second hand market of the 180mile ones. The first gen was only 70 miles and too poor range for my needs. Supermarkets have free but usually slower chargers so you could do for less.

@doooombaby Everytime someone I’ve never heard of or didn’t like anyway has done something wrong I always see it as a sign I have a good judge of character 😂 - never found Russell Brand interesting or funny for instance. never liked Gregg Wallace or thought much of Ant and Dec.

@GunsAndSeeds @ltpenguin_ @McClellandShane Sometimes I like to think this was due to a deliberate action on the part of actual medical professionals / behavioural experts. Who'd want to help them work it out so they could weaponise it? They came up with this nonsense because all the real experts refused?.

@BBCNewsnight Just because a family has a big income doesn’t mean they aren’t struggling with cost of living and find feeding their children easy. Also assessing family wealth for the breakfasts would cost loads. Economies of scale just give all the kids breakfast.

@MonteGripto @margebertha It’s an online phrase. like get a man who cares enough about you that he’s obsessed with you etc etc. if he wanted to do x to show his love he would etc etc. that’s my understanding.

@kingoftheting @RickyDHale Isn't there rules on cutting gas to vulnerable people too like pensioners? Isn't there liability if a pensioner then dies from the actions of a gas company or am I just imagining this? I expected most people would just burn whatever credit rating they had and agree repayment plan.

@KateyKae @sarahwoodward66 @Roxxsaurus And to be fair if you want to apply and then go on national television you presumably have to have a bit of confidence/narcisstic vibe in the first place? Wouldn't mind betting most people on TV are bullies who think a lot of themselves 🤷♂️.

@Durakken @ask_aubry It’s a couple on a night out. they’re not looking for a discourse on race or anything. They don’t have to defend who they are for others’ benefit just like I don’t ring up my black friends and demand they explain racist tropes to me that I didn’t understand. Not their job.

@SwiftOnSecurity I once adopted a new SAN. Couldn't figure out which license key it needed where to make a scary warning go away & realised we had support on it so just rang the vendor. They asked who was "The SAN administrator" & I said "Guess it's me 🤷♂️". You could hear the fear in their voice.

@UK_Daniel_Card Ooh a guessing game. love those. My guess he tagged the location and allowed it to appear on the map so people nearby could click it. Bored people at the airport on their phones clicking on nearby snaps - they snitched and in come airport security. “GPS” becomes “WiFi servers”.

@Archimbaldo Basically like if you're mates with Britney Spears and she keeps inviting loads round for big parties and everyone drinks and uses the hot tub in a big mansion. Only if Britney had an agenda and whispered in your ear "Do you really need the EU/BBC/min wage? Think about it" 😐.

@KSchafheutle @PippaMusgrave1 @davidallengreen I was worried after Brexit Season 3 that the plot was going to get a bit old, this Boris character was a bit one dimensional and not as nuanced as the May character they killed off, it was getting a bit predictable. But the writers have managed to absolutely smash it again 👌.
