Just got our proposed HOA increases for the condo next year: $435 increase to over $1100/mo. Almost our mortgage. It was $450/mo when we bought in late 2021. Also have a third management company in as many years. There werenât signs of this when we bought. Wondering if theyâre.

Update: Ifigured out itâs because Florida has new, 100% reserve requirements for our condo. Most of the increase is related to that. Every other category increased or deceased in a normal way.
