for all actually important actions 64 and 128 tick is identical
tick rate only affects unimportant stuff in CS2; everything else runs on sub-tick accuracy
if 128 feels better that isn’t because 128 is better, that’s because of a bug with subtick which should be reported

no. they literally aren’t in the ram. apps you aren’t actually actively using get silently cleared. they stay in the app switcher so you can come back to them, but they aren’t actually running anymore
