best way to deal with them is to ignore them, they get humbled really quick, but it still leaves a mark.

the extreme amount of morons i have to deal with daily is starting to really piss me off and i can't even be rude back to them because it's "bad publicity".

i love working on software and sharing it publicly but i hate when people start acting like my boss. like dude, first of all, who the fuck are you, and second of all, why can't you keep the basic human decency when talking to me.

the culture around open source software is kind of rotten, people feel entitled to infinite amount of work for free but don't contribute anything themselves. tbh it would be fine if they didn't get irrationally angry at developers (like me) for not doing everything they want.
