There is going to be a Stardew 1.6 update. It's mostly changes for modders (which will make it easier & more powerful to mod). But there is also new game content, albeit much less than 1.5. I'm taking a break from Haunted Chocolatier to work on this at the moment. Then back to HC.

PSA: there is currently an issue, if you start a new farm on the meadowlands farm and open the animal door on the coop day 1, your chickens will disappear. If you leave the door closed for one day, it should save them. We will fix this. Lore: There is a wild coyote on the farm.

I'm very ashamed to say this, but there is an error in the recent Switch patch. The game is mostly playable, but there are a few crashes, and some text will be garbled. Avoid artifact troves and back room of adventure guild. We're working on another patch as fast as possible.

I'm aware of a crash in the recent patch. It happens if NPC's make it to the island resort changing rooms. Working on an emergency fix ASAP. In the meantime, turn off the resort if you have it, or wait for the patch, it should be out within an hour. Thank you.
