It’s not really anyone’s place to say what retail should or shouldn’t do. I’d argue they have the right to access various instruments provided the risks are sufficiently well explained.

If you want the big boys to play, you have to play their tune. Doubt ada would be willing to compromise itself tbh. The only alternative is slow and steady dev but ramp up the biz dev. If Polyscam can do it, anyone can.

Happened only on the USD fiat pair. Not a glitch, it was a cascade.
Also kucoin was cancelling BTC shorts in their futures market the 30 mins before it happened. So something broke & both exchanges knew it was coming.
fiat liquidity issues? They’ve got some big fines to pay…

Can’t agree more. Ecosystem needs more participants like LCX - there will always be a space for unregulated players but we desperately need regulation to facilitate mainstream adoption.

I keep seeing this argument. It only holds true if that heat is being put to good use. Most large scale bitcoin mines simply get rid of it. Bitcoin’s fundamental benefits are sound and do not need to be supported by disingenuous arguments.

It helps to see a chart on this timeframe. I often make the mistake of looking at them at the extremes of LTF and HTF, leading me to paper hand trades that I could otherwise have held for longer for a better return.

Crypto has been illegal in mainland China since late 2021. It can, however, be traded in Hong Kong. I believe the China ‘narrative’ is just another excuse for a rotation because little new money is entering the market.

I agree, the market is defying all fundamentals and PA is based purely on speculation at the moment. I believe that most know deep down that it’s a bubble, but I think it will need a catalyst to crash. Until then it bleeds up for as long as the music plays.

I rarely shill but $LCX is an exception:
a) highly regulated - hedge in case other CEXs burn
b) leading the way in tokenisation of real world assets - institutional adoption play
c) price has held firm on high volumes each time market has dumped - sign of underlying value

I zoom out too far. I make the mistake of looking at either a) the pa going back months or b) the last few days. So I set my expectations for big moves based on the HTF and stupidly think they are about to happen when I see smaller ones on LTF.

I’m a crypto noob, but in my limited time I haven’t found a blockchain like Ergo. I do not understand why it is not better known. Maybe the fair distribution creates less incentive for pro marketing. Nice guys come last, sadly. Hope that’s not the case with ERG, it’s special.
