All water molecules are same same but different.
@bethkoob @simonmaechling I never stated that's not their atomic composition, I said not all water is the same. Your statement never even considered what quantum spin angle the inner workings of each individual atom were at as they are not all aligned equally.

My observations about the national IQ debate: (1) Hereditarians should have distanced themselves from the more dubious of these studies long ago. (2) The most rigorous studies are fairly consistent in their reported results. It seems inescapable that on g-loaded IQ tests
Just published: "We cross-validate the reported [IQ values of developing nations] by comparing different data sources and applying statistical predictions. Across test paradigms, the results for groups of countries appear consistent." https://t.co/tIOnlR16H2

George Bush opened the internet with multi pass.
@hardestvaleboy @AugustoRom84603 @dirk_fasshauer @Bama45242 @JohnLeFevre Sure it can, without George bush opening up the web in the early 90s you wouldn't have it today

@splendid_pete Sooo much cope. If Europe didn’t provide the chips, US would take them, by force.

Is Paul a criminal who knows the worst prisons from the inside, because I don't think he knows much about science?
Social scientist only work with convicts who are safe to work with which dirties all their data. These social scientist aren't in the worst prisons and aren't dealing with the most dangerous communities. They work with people deemed safe and their data reflects that. Social

I am amazed at the skills with which the younger generation navigates the internet. While we are still sharing URLs, they are finding new ways.

Oh boy, the reactions did not disappoint. First: NVIDIA designs chips → Taiwan manufactures them → on Dutch machines → full of German components. So maybe calm the fuck down about NVIDIA as proof of US economic divinity. Second: the median American is not richer than the

Elon is advocating making terming someone a “fascist” a criminal offense. The First Amendment has known no greater opponents than the modern far right.

Who is asking Ukrainians to die, Iuliia? Who? This is such irresponsible bullshit, I’m starting to wonder about the character arc of yet another Ukrainian here. Ukraine was never going to join NATO before the invasion and is exceedingly unlikely to do so anytime soon, if ever.
Ukrainians are being asked to die today for the mere idea that they might — just might — be protected in 20 or 30 years. That is the honest translation of what “standing for Ukraine’s NATO membership” actually means. Let me explain. For Russia, preventing Ukraine’s NATO

If I really said what I think, it wouldn’t be polite. I'll be simple: We’re living through peak anti-intellectualism. People reject science with the same confidence that Puritans screamed about witches. Different century. Same fear. Science didn’t fail you. You abandoned it.

The annoyance of flat earthers is not due to my lack of knowledge about the Coriolis effect. I don't have to be an expert in everything. I also don't need to know exactly how my tweets get to your computers.
The reason why people really don’t like flat earthers isn’t because they’re annoying (though they are)—it’s because they lay bare how little we actually understand 5 whys deep into density or the coriolis effect and you realize you don’t even really understand why they’re wrong-
