2/ Also, the government ignored a valid option (Costa Rica), misled the court about it, and then pivoted to African nations, which ultimately led to the ruling that stripped them of custody.

POTUS cannot pardon state convictions. Ignorance is not an excuse to call for violence. 👇
@Rasmussen_Poll Anyone standing in the way of Tina Peters release should be arrested & prosecuted. Colorado officials are at war with established federal law, so treat them like the enemy combatants they are.

In 2020 in PA, only about 10,000 ballots arrived within the 3-day extension due to USPS delays, nowhere near enough to overcome Biden's 80,000 margin of victory. #factsMatter

DEM vs REP comparisons are very misleading when you ignore the ~30% of voters that are independent (in Maricopa County). Ignorance or malice? 👇
@VeteransforAz AZ is not a swing state. Get rid of the fraud and we are a ruby red state... They want you to believe Biden won Maricopa county in 2020, after the last democrat to do so was Harry Truman.

@BuzzPatterson Our constitutional republic is also a representative democracy. Your argument is like "It's a CAR, not a sedan!"

2/ We are happy to independently verify claims. DM us the first (say) 500 ineligible voter IDs who actually voted, and we will take a look.

Voter rolls and history files are public for any political party or candidate to come forward with specific voter IDs of "ghost voters" who illegally cast votes.
This is how our elections are being stolen. It’s the ghost voters. @mrosazza has been laser focused on tackling this issue all year. This is a secondary account of his. Please follow. 🙏🏻

Trump used the "stolen election" claim to drive contributions from gullible contributors.
@AngryFleas 2020 was stolen and the US has a long way to go to ACTUALLY create “free and fair” elections. 🇺🇸

Generally, the government cannot "act first, and then make it legal later." For example, the gov't cannot search your house and THEN later get the search warrant.
@AngryFleas @THX_PK @shipwreckedcrew They released him, got an order, and told him to report for detention. Are you arguing that they can now never detain him again for eternity, no matter what order they get? If so, that is the most profoundly stupid position I have ever heard.

This is why disinformation is so harmful: some fellow Americans are "almost ready to go to war" over false beliefs about a "stolen election."
@WHLeavitt @FBI I’ll tell you this. A good three-fourths of Americans are fed up with these threatening, dumbass liberals. I’m almost ready to go to war because they’re never going to stop the fraud and disrespect, the stolen elections and the cheating. And I am done with them.

"Elected officials should be immune from any judgment that they're breaking the law or violating our Constitution." #nonsenseTranslator
Federal judges are just one of three branches of government. They don’t have any unique authority over ‘the Constitution.’ Their role is really to decide cases between private citizens over legal disputes. This idea that they boss around elected officials is absurd nonsense.

@shipwreckedcrew The government was relying on 8 U.S.C. § 1231 to detain him, which only authorizes detention after a "final order of removal" is entered. Xinis ruled that you cannot use an "implied" or "concluded" status to satisfy the strict requirement of a final order for detention purposes.

@WallStreetApes There's no indictment because it was never a crime to reveal the scope and scale of the Russian 2016 election interference op to the American people. Trump's angry Obama didn't keep it secret.

POTUS cannot pardon state convictions. Every high school civics student understands this. #civics101
This is going to BLOW UP! A legal showdown is forming around Tina Peters. A pardon was issued, but the state says it won’t comply... the standoff begins, folks.

Believing a lie doesn't give you a free pass to break the law. The J6 defendants were arrested for violent entry, assaulting law enforcement, and/or attempting to halt the peaceful transfer of power. https://t.co/K5aP4KpY8v

Tina Peters never found evidence of fraud. In fact, she certified the official 2020 election results in her county in Colorado, where Trump won by a landslide.
@truestormyjoe She’s part of a federal case and has evidence of the rigged stolen 2020 election reason @POTUS can pardon her and @realDonaldTrump will now send in US Marshal’s to free her.

Some J6 defendants steadfastly maintain an "alternative reality" where Trump won the 2020 election, making (in their mind) their actions righteous and justified. Example: https://t.co/IBizUF8K9U

Removing the time limit on interim U.S. Attorneys would likely be unconstitutional, because it would allow the President to have rolling appointments without any consent of the Senate.
The Senate does not have to give up their Blue Slips. All they have to do is change the law regarding the 120-day time limit on Interim USA's. Remove the part that allows the court to appoint the replacement. Problem solved.
