@DejaRu22 when we were like 10, my brother almost drowned at a beach. it was on a channel, seemed shallow but got deep fast. we didn't know. my parents say that a man came out of nowhere on the empty beach and said "look they're drowning!" my dad saved him just in time. the man was gone.

@jordanbpeterson "Carbs" is an oversimplification. It would be more precise to say "processed carbs". That is the new technology which has made it easy to consume so many calories at once. Carbs in a natural form like fruit are not shown to cause obesity because they are less calorically dense.
