This is the U.S. House of Representatives under the direction of Speaker Mike Johnson. Democrats are celebrating his total capitulation with no victory for securing our border.

As a United States Representative, I have the privilege of nominating a limited number of qualified candidates to attend one of the U.S. Service Academies. Approximately 100 students and their parents attended my annual U.S. Service Academy Day.
I introduced HR 8134, the Restoring America's Leadership in Innovation Act of 2024 (RALIA).
RALIA reverses several harmful changes to patent law that arose from Supreme Court rulings and the enacted Leahy-Smith "America Invents Act."
ICYMI, When no one would debate this congressman trying to have his viral moment, I stepped up and gave him the cold hard facts about gun free zones and how to make our students safer.
“Tennessee Gov. Lee signs bill allowing concealed carry for public schoolteachers”
Gun free school zones just advertise children as sitting ducks. Thank you to the TN legislature and Governor Lee for taking action to protect children.
Permanent funding for Ukraine is exactly what they want and Mike Johnson will give it to them.
Peace is not an option for them because it doesn’t fit the government appropriations war business and economic model, which is vile and disgusting.
They’re plan is keep funding the…
Speaker Johnson enlisted a majority of Democrats to override a majority of Republicans so he could:
1) pass an omnibus that spends more than Pelosi did, including a new FBI building.
2) reauthorize warrantless spying on Americans
3) send $60 billion to Ukraine
Unforgivable.
It wasn’t always this bad, but if you want to know the DC establishment GOP position, turn on Fox News and listen to the talking points they recite all day.
There’s a bipartisan effort in Congress to equate criticism of the secular state of Israel to violence toward Jewish people in America.
The latter is illegal and the former is protected speech, but if a false equivalency is established, it will be forbidden to criticize Israel.
Some of my colleagues are introducing legislation to create federally sanctioned "antisemitism monitors" at colleges.
I’ll vote No.
Policing speech, religion, and assembly is not the role of the federal government. In fact it’s expressly prohibited by the U.S. Constitution.

Thank you to
@WarrenDavidson
for cosponsoring my bill to eliminate the Federal Department of Education (HR 899).
Unelected bureaucrats in Washington, D.C. should not be in charge of our children’s intellectual and moral development.
DC establishment Republicans that just
*voted to spy on you without a warrant,
*sent $100 billion of your money overseas, and
*bought the corrupt FBI a new headquarters,
would love for you to be quickly distracted by their virtue signaling over campus protestors in tents.
Opposing the war in Iraq: "pro-Saddam"
Opposing War on Terror spying: "pro-Terrorist"
Opposing regime change in Syria: "pro-Assad"
Opposing funding of war in Ukraine: "pro-Putin"
Opposing US-funded Israeli war in Gaza: "pro-Hamas"
Same tawdry neocon tactics over and over.💣
“Hate speech,” “hate crimes,” and many “conspiracy” crimes are just real world manifestations of Orwell’s dystopian thought crimes. Don’t ever expect me to vote to substantiate such things.
“Hate speech” is a meaningless term and it should never be used as a pretense to ban, censor, arrest, punish or silence anyone, ever, under any circumstance.
