It’s been falsely stated I voted for a Republican CR that passed during Biden’s administration. Wrong. I voted for a deal, coupled with a debt ceiling increase, that said if we keep doing CR’s, then the next CR cuts all spending 1% (the Massie plan). Johnson killed that deal.

There’s a conservative school of thought that says if we would just keep passing CR’s, we’d spend the same dollars each year, so gov’t spending would effectively go down due to inflation. The problem with that theory is Congress inserted FY26 spending increases in the BBB.

Congress will likely pass a Continuing Resolution (CR) by Sept 30, but what is a CR ?. A CR is a copy of last year’s omnibus spending bill. But since Congress passed a CR last year (FY25), this year’s CR (FY26) is a copy of the omnibus (FY24) of Biden’s last year. I’ll vote no.

Ask yourself: why have these three billionaires spent over $2 million dollars attacking me over the past 6 weeks. Is it because I’m 1 of 435 votes? . No, it’s because I have been exposing the swamp and I will continue to do so as long as I’m in office.

The system’s relentless efforts to destroy me are already beginning to backfire.
