i'm maybe warming up to them as a series on a second pass its a nice break from the wokeslop of recent years to the older national legendarium and although there are some weak entries imo, there's a consistent aesthetic expressed that's made pleasant by repetition

it sucks though CEO is responsible for the firm, joke tweet and downstream drama was probably causing damage to the firm. maybe this was the only move he couldve taken that was appropriate given his responsibilities. even if doing so was unjust and broadly socially corrosive!
