Many staff will have underlying health conditions,be immunosuppressed or live with someone who is .It should remain a choice .My mother is in a care home and it's never bothered her . Several of my family work in hospitals and should have the choice too .

Sophie was really brave.We keep our rescue greyhound on lead in parks and it can be infuriating when off lead dogs rush at her.Our first greyhound was blind and she had no way of picking up signs of friendliness, wagging tail etc.Owners need to be aware .Happy for you all
