eBay gave me 100% refund said I didn't need to ship it back, as the game was advertised as NIB but was open in awful condition.

Yeah if anything games like souls series, super meat boy, and n+ prove this. They're hard games but have good check point/spawn systems. Dying 30 times in any of those games is a loss of like 5 minutes of your life. In some old games? Hours.

The issue in my area was boomers and gen x had failed us. Lots of kids turned to drugs because there was fuck all to do. Getting high was the way to escape from life. We saw drug usage sky rocket as they took away places for us to go to and things to do.
