Tyler Perry was legit pissed off beyond belief that he got them to remove this episode, and rumor is he's one of the major factors that got Boondocks ultimately canceled.
I guess they hit extremely too close to home. They were clearly on to something. If not, why would he care?

They're not accusations when they're true. Some prominent Black Professors publicly bashed him and the character he plays (Madea) early on. Perry responded to one directly by accusing him of undermining his efforts to portray the modern Black American experience in theater.
