@Grizzly94 @RiseFallNick Because these are better experiences. No crying kids. No expensive concessions. Pausing the movie.

@RiseFallNick First video rental stores died and now movie theaters may be joining them. I understand the convenience of streaming, but you just can't match the experience of a movie theater or the feeling of going to the rental store on a Friday night

@Elvenmonk @RiseFallNick I've never been to a theater with a crying kid, guess I'm just lucky. And that's why you sneak in your own snacks :^)

@Grizzly94 @RiseFallNick Mine would search your bags or deny you entry. But in general I didn't have a good time. When I stopped going to the movies I noticed I wasn't getting sick as much either.

@Elvenmonk @Grizzly94 @RiseFallNick "Better" most people who watch a movie both in theaters and at home would tell you the experiences are vastly different and that they would rather see it on a big screen with others. Nothing will beat with how people react at different situations or the sense of community.

@Elvenmonk @Grizzly94 @RiseFallNick Movie theater is such a better experience than watching a movie from home. Definitely would suck if we lost movie theaters. Part of the reasons Trolls did well is simply cause everyone is stuck inside with nothing to do.
