Going big isn’t the only playbook in AI; niche products with teams of 1-2 people + organic marketing are killing it right now.
Some thoughts on product, moat, & marketing in AI.
What is the moat for products built on publicly available models?
The answer so far lied in execution.
Build something people want, get to market quickly, find a way to go viral, etc

Birth rate is crazy low in SK, and young folks in general (men and women) are pushing back on certain cultural norms around gender roles for sure.

The article Drafthorse produced on my trial was 80% of the way to production-ready in 2 minutes. Having less granular control over the output is kind of a value-add for me since I plan to do manual edits anyways.
