Excited to share my thesis work!. Using super-resolution microscopy and a new HaloTag-Nup107 mouse line, we find that 1) NPC biogenesis is upregulated during neuronal maturation and that 2) torsinA is essential for normal localization and assembly kinetics of neuronal NPCs. (1/N).
TorsinA is essential for the timing and localization of neuronal nuclear pore complex biogenesis #biorxiv_cellbio.

Very neat approach and beautiful movies!.
Excited to share our new preprint with @BuvanSR and @volodya_gelfand! 🎉 Using a sparse vimentin SunTag labeling strategy and 3D FIB-SEM reconstructions, we do a deep dive on vimentin IF dynamics and nanoscale organization in cells. #CellBiology .

Exciting and important work by @DomenicNarducci —.
(1/14) Excited to share our new work on ZNF143/ZFP143 by @DomenicNarducci. ZNF143 has been widely reported to be a general loop factor. Instead we and @deWitLab in a companion preprint show that ZNF143 is a TF with no loop function:.
