Any real developer who has used AI knows this is false. AI is nowhere near capable of managing enterprise codebases, I would avoid any tech product coming out of BP.

PHP joins = hacky, fetching more than you need, slower. Does the job though I suppose.
SQL = Faster, cleaner, more maintainable.
The prior is only fine if you’re the only one working on the code.

You need to have an understanding of how JS works, client vs server, etc. Dont waste time learning every little nook and cranny of JS though

IMO the exciting part should be handled at the application layer (i.e. Lenster, Phaver). Protocol layer needs to have full focus on security, decentralization, etc.

Yeah! Lens is the decentralized backbone that provides open data for the frontends to use. They can get creative and provide exciting features for new social platforms.

I’ve had issues in the past with Supabase auth and Prisma migrations. Never had an issue with Clerk and it’s very easy to use. Maybe Supabase auth has changed, I will check it out.
