It is funny how everyone I know who has $2-3m thinks the "magic number" is $10m.
And everyone I know who has $10m thinks the magic number is $25m.
And everyone I know who has $25m thinks the magic number is $100m.

Startup idea:
A place to communicate with previous tenants of apartments you are looking to rent.
I'd pay for a 15 minute call to hear directly from them about the pros and cons of the apartment.
