This is true but: 1) a world with AC and then getting heat shock proteins from sauna and cold showers is superior to 2) a world with no AC where everyone is sweating all day but get some heat shock proteins from it being so hot.

I recommend tweeting it next time but with the URL as a reply (URLs do get deranked in algo) and an image or better video showing how it works (media gets boosted in algo).
Inspired by @levelsio's Stripe invoice generator, I vibe coded my own invoice generator in a few minutes with Claude Code because my accountant always asks for invoices and Stripe doesn't generate one for one-time payments. It's OSS so feel free to reuse, fork, do whatever you.
