I know you’re a Newsmax host and probably have never interacted with gay people, but no gay was involved with this lmao
It’s really too bad @CrackerBarrel had to try to force me to “understand the gay community”… . I just wanted pancakes, not a lecture. Now I’ll NEVER eat at another one of their restaurants again.

Two universities today alone experienced active shooters on campus. Our elected officials:.
Bud Light. Target. Disney. Jaguar. Now Cracker Barrel. One by one, once-great American companies are self destructing with woke rebrands. When will executives take the note: Wokeism isn’t just a failed ideology, it’s economic suicide.

What policymakers in this country don’t understand about transit is that riders will always choose frequency over aesthetics. A cardboard box with a train every 5 minutes beats a beautiful station with a 25-minute wait, and we shouldn’t kid ourselves otherwise.
I look forward to waiting 25 minutes for my train during rush hour under a $440 million glass roof . via @BlockClubChi.

“Unintended consequences” = more housing in the 2nd biggest city in the country.
Today I signed a City Council resolution opposing SB79 unless it is amended to exempt cities with a state-approved and compliant Housing Element. While I support the intent to accelerate housing development statewide, as written, this bill risks unintended consequences for LA.

When @TraciParkforLA talks about cutting red tape and building faster, she only means for single family homes, not to make building new stuff faster.

The second biggest city in the world’s largest economy voted against allowing apartments to be built next to multi-billion dollar subway investments. Such a laughable city at this point.
LA City Council just voted to oppose the biggest pro-housing bill of the past 5 years #SB79 in a shocking display of NIMBYism. Some votes I expected but I can’t believe “progressive” @YsabelJuradoLA carried water for MAGA NIMBYs and opposed housing in wealthy areas. Shame.

Texas will spend $146 Billion on more roads and highways while its biggest city’s train station looks like this:
Governor @GregAbbott_TX announced a new 10-year, over $146 billion transportation plan to meet the demands of our growing state. The investment will build safer roads and improve congestion, keeping Texans moving. Read more here:
