My family has been in the Livestock and 4-H/FFA game for a long time, and did our own butchering, and still ended up with a pet sheep from time to time. It's just part of the deal, and to not just let it be in this case is purse insanity.

There is a Nebraska Philadelphia, It's Wilber, pop 1,855 and Czech Capital of the USA. During Czech Days they drink so much that A-B sends the Clydesdale's for free, and along with noted bakeries and sausage producer. The slow pitch softball pitchers all smoke while pitching too

When IBP got going in the 60's it set a new template for this because it took production out of Union hotbeds, and to where the animals are. The 4-7K towns are far less prepared to faces the challenges of a rapidly changing population than your Chicago's, Omaha's etc.

For whatever reason, Nebraska fans seems to be anti-fan comfort. Maybe don't need the fanciest iteration, but restrooms built for two run heavy teams and no TV aren't ready for games that are 90 min or more longer. A 360 concourse would help a lot too.
