As a woman who has both played and watched sport, I'll offer this: we need men to call each other out because the sexist ones don't listen to us. Ignoring them lets them off the hook. You not putting him on blast means it might only be women who do, and he won't care 🤷🏻

Yes! This is it - I didn't ever stop doing what I wanted but it's the exhausting mental load of the constant assessing, defending, deflecting, not being able to truly relax. I hate confrontation but it's thrust upon me because I won't back down and I will defend myself. SO TIRING
