Crazy scene in Rochester this morning. ICE showed up to arrest a roofing crew working on a house. They refused to get down from the roof. Residents / community leaders gathered to protest. Lawyers demanded warrants. ICE agents eventually left. Per Monroe Co. lawmaker Barnhart:
