Tesla Full Self-Driving is not safer than a human driving manually. - FSD failed a DMV driver's test.- HW3 has 20/60 vision (illegal).- HW4 has 20/40 vision (bare legal minimum).- FSD hallucinates like all AIs. It's no surprise Tesla can only defend FSD with fake safety stats.

It's near impossible to negotiate with a hospital if you have health insurance. The insurance company has contracts. You are subject to those contracts. If you don't have insurance then legally they have to negotiate a reasonable price. You are in the drivers seat.
