It's worthwhile to note that none of the Hamas members wore a mask in Al-Shifa. That is the ONLY place I have seen that Hamas members don't wear a mask. Also that nobody in Al-Shifa blinked an eye when they saw them there.

The Japanese were smart enough to surrender once they realized they were beat in order to prevent additional casualties.
If Hamas cares about civilian casualties at all, they should be surrendering immediately and returning hostages.
