This is absolutely ridiculous. Ultimately the Legal Responsibility for Obtaining a Landlords License rests with the Landlord not the Lettings Agency or a third party. Landlord Rachel Reeves failed to do this so she is still culpable. Nothing has changed #LandlordsOutOfLabour
