FRIENDS - I turned 60 this year and I realize much of my life is behind me. I survived war in Lebanon, had productive careers in music and politics, built a family, and now find myself back where I started: At the piano, expressing in music what I can't say in words. 🙏🏽✝️❤️

Can someone point to where I said the state should provide this? Or where I advocate a specific political philosophy or economic system? I'm simply stating a basic moral stance in line with my faith as a follower of Jesus. The outraged responses are so revealing.

Billionaire suck-ups make me sick. It would cost around $5 billion to house EVERY homeless veteran in America for ten years. That's a rounding error for a Jeff Bezos. Roughly $35 billion to feed EVERY hungry child in America for a year. Pocket change for a Mark Zuckerberg.

For the past 25 years, EVERY SINGLE TIME I criticize extreme wealth inequality, people come out of the woodwork to ferociously defend the billionaires that exploit them. Just read some of the quotes and comments on my post. It's the power of propaganda.
