We start chatting and it goes so quickly, at some point she asks my name and give me hers, and the next moment she has to go and says "Adieu Quentin!" giggling, smiling eyes, and jumps out and waves at me on the track as she walks away and I'm a bit dumbstruck
And that's it

At the next stop, I see her on track doing the same, reentering further on and I see her looking around, searching.
Until she sees me again and she pulls the biggest smile, and starts laughing. I feel like I'm in a movie at this point honestly and I weave my way to her, big smile

I was at an opera tonight and I needed to pee, not badly but uncomfortable. And I was enduring it and thinking how long before I can go etc

Cute moment of serendipity tonight
Biking home lazily from a random place in Paris, decide to phone a friend through my earbuds, bike 20 more meters, sound of his voice is weird, I look left, he's here and we're both so confused for 5 seconds before laughing and hugging joyfully

Complaining is cathartic, but when it becomes default it degenerates fast into the only frame of cynicism through which all things are considered. Enthusiasm progressively less rewarded (bc sounds like bragging)

Noticed many around here recommend to supplement Magnesium and Potassium.
I tried and didn't expect the effects to be so strong (or even quickly noticeable)!!
When I drink my mix, very soon after I get *waves* of energy in my back and skull. Some mental clarity as well.

Was sitting with a friend in a café. Suddenly a pigeon dives right above me, bumping on the closed window. The bird starts causing a mess, ppl get up or crouch, we wave our coats trying to guide it to an exit, even more panic ensues

It reminds me of one of my favorite mathematicians, Alain Connes, a very lively and cheeky mind and a wonderful storyteller. I remember fondly some of his lectures, always smiling brightly at an elegant change of frame or a serendipitous insight. He made me discover Grothendieck

It was actually awesome to experience it solo and get absorbed for really long in some panels, until the colors and shape would blur and vibrate

Its short evocative almost like an incantation, very versatile, you can even use it as a parting word
I cant help but using that in English a well
To assume is such a useful word than now in French a lot of people use it even though ''j'assume" technically means "I confess" in French and the 'correct' translation is 'Je suppose'
