a couple days ago i felt a lifelong tide of loneliness and helplessness rise over me, and i knew in my bones that it would take me years to unpack. i cried fully for about 2 minutes and then went back to the rest of my day.
I felt a feeling I've been avoiding for 8 months and it took 45 seconds to pass through me completely. I will learn nothing from this experience.

i’ve walked down market st in san francisco hundreds of times. only today did i notice how beautiful all the trees lining the street are. i cried, got on a bike, and cried some more. and i didn’t hide those tears… thank u @the_wilderless.

astro people - i've got transiting sun conjunct my south node (cancer 2h) at the same time as the full moon is conjunct my north node (cap 8h),,. which seems like a wild transit, and i'd love a read on it from people who know more than me.

which now that i think about it, is also fascinating,, cuz I remember years ago, when i had what I *thought* was tinnitus (high whining audible when things got quiet), I had some moments where I'd be sitting with it in meditation and feel like it was overwhelming and.

tinnitus is interesting, cuz any time i google it i see endless material about how difficult and destabilizing it is, what a hell people are going through, how much grief and regret and and and. and my relationship with it is much more neutral, w some positive aspects.
