If any abuse of a corpse happened in the case of Brittany Watts, it was perpetrated by hospital that sent her home to labor alone—traumatized, endangered & heartbroken at the loss of her desperately wanted child—after 2 separate visits to the ER. They definitely abused her. 1)

The ruling effectively gives the same legal standing belonging to born persons, to embryos. Stating that the "wrongful death of a minor act" applies to embryos.
