I don't know of a single Army NCO that would take any soldier who looks like this and let them go out on a patrol with them.
As soon as any soldier sees this picture they see someone who is not professional enough to see combat. It is that simple.

There is a reason why militaries do not routinely use these things. They may have a use in a SoF environment. But not sure. Imagine his stoppage drills for this? I reckon he'd be minutes before he's back in the fight.

Everyone wore a full load of ammo, even our FAC, who were our own troops. Our officers also carried a full load of everything. Less a belt, or mortar rounds. Officers did not carry their own group radio their sig did that.

I've seen many Ex Soldiers from Iraq & Afgan with missing limbs over the years & our casualties were far smaller than this. There medical system must be overloaded. This is if they are getting any at all.

This explains the inability to train pilots. The Air Marshall should send the whole lot back and whoever is the commandant of that training centre needs sacking also. To let them anywhere near pass of in that standard is criminal. I have never seen anything worse, ever, not ever.

These are undetonated charges that failed to go off. They also match the damage done to front pillars that did get blown out. The "airstrike" hole may have been done at a different time.

These drones can be as small as a large bird or have the radar signature of a large bird. Radar can't spot them and they are quiet and hard to see with a naked eye. They provide the intelligence and the artillery just type in the coordinates and whammy.

Was at Millbrook with work this week and saw Boxer several Times. It was seriously quick around the tight and twisty Alpine test track. It was very quiet. Overtaking Vans going slower.
Also saw it climbing obstacles.
Impressive, but enormous.
The British Boxer at the Millbrook Proving Ground demonstrating its mobility over some serious obstacles. This has the 600 kW powerpack.

Just spent 20 days in France, mostly self catering. Supermarkets were full to the brim in every location. However, their prices make ours look extremely cheap. It was very expensive for everything except booze and even that is nowhere near as cheap as it was.

This tactic, but without the grenade, clips, plastic bottle was a regular tactic by Taliban & Iraqi's. Quite easy to get it to detonate over a base. Not hugely effective but bloody annoying.

They need to adapt and either push or tow out the first dead vehicles that hit mines. Going "around" is clearly hitting the same string of mines.
The mines ploughs are clearly being easily defeated. They need to be using Vipers once they establish where the mine laden bits are.

Russia did initially commit its very best troops, these took considerable losses. But have since been pulled to the rear and conscripts and mobiks have been used to deplete and tie up UKR forces & weapons.
The west simply has not committed resources early or fast enough.

No, it teaches you attention to detail. It also teaches you how to deal with stress and pressure. All matter. It also made you all work together, which is absolutely essential. It also did all of these and did it quickly to new recruits.
