Richard I have had osteoarthritis since I was 12 (now 57) and there is lots of advice on here which is really inaccurate- please see a specialist and get the type of arthritis you have properly diagnosed and then take the advice of qualified specialists.

Sorrow, despair, loneliness, helplessness. My grandparents fought/volunteered in WW2 and my parents were both evacuated. It breaks my heart that people were fighting on the street yesterday. I hate the divisiveness, we should have learnt from history to be tolerant & peaceful.

I was a healthy female, I mask, vaccinated- but travel for work. I’ve had Covid 3x, now have low immunity, have had shingles, arthritis, asthma and am constantly a bit under the weather. I know about looking after myself and do everything right. Please, Don’t underestimate this.

I was in London today - £7.30 to park, £19 to get to London Bridge from Purley, - £7.30 for a muesli and a cup of tea in Costa. No wonder people are choosing to work from home, none of that expense is reimbursed because my base is London.

My experience of long covid is as well as not having felt well for the last year and having low immunity, the herpes virus that I contracted age 18 and which never had symptoms again, has now started flaring up at age 58. 40 years dormant now comes back as soon as I get tired.

Complex Traumatic stress disorder is where layers of stress lie untreated- my husband, ex military, has this, it takes years of unraveling and love and compassion- many ex-forces don’t get this help. Symptoms are anger, anxiety, bereakdowns. We need to do better at helping.
