Told they wipe everything down and wash hands. Told if staff are COVID positive they can come into work if well enough.

You can not get PTSD from just masking - utterly ridiculous. Im so sorry you're in this situation. Have you got Enovid? Can you get rechargeable HEPA so don't have to plug in. If you possibly can I'd still ask every individual when they enter the room. Pass them masks.

Envoid, mouthwash, 2 x portable hepas opened windows - done my absolute best. Dont know if I've got away with it yet. Horrendous that people need to worry about COVID when going into hospital.

Even when its right in front of them people are still denying the problem. Own family told me I don't have Long COVID because it doesn't fit their narrative of 'yea but I need to live my life'. They think I'm loosing the plot as I still keep COVID protections in place.

Unfortunately COVID is a serious disease. Even 'mild' initial symptoms can lead to long COVID (about 25% in kids), that can include heart, brain, lung damage and depletion of T cells - children also die of this disease. Stay safe.
