No you don’t. Under EU law we can send people back to the first country they arrived at within the EU, people decided that they didn’t like that rule though and voted Brexit so from Jan 1st that no longer applies 🙂

The weeks are counted from the 1st day of her last period. The rape might not even have occurred until around 3 weeks later (or longer if the woman has irregular periods). On the literal day it happened she’d be classed as 3 weeks+ pregnant! Possibly even the 6 weeks if irregular
