Home now with a glass of wine. Its funny though no matter how many exams you sit as a doctor, no matter how many times your told not to focus on what happened. You always sit questioning every single part of your clinical ability

Well here goes

Rich has just told me he feels like hes getting sick. Ive got my clinical exam on saturday, so im hoping and praying that my immune system as a paediatrician and the air purifiers on full hold out until Sunday. As I cant afford to get sick right now.

She's also now in her mid 30s. Of course she wont be making the same music she did in her 20s. No its not 1989 but shes been there and done that.

I honestly dont get the hate against The Life of a Showgirl. Ive listened twice now and the second time was even better. She's clearly in a happy place now and each song to me, has a sound similar to previous album. Its showcasing her life and experiences.

My sister is a pharmacist She confirms they have NO training at all in diagnosing patients She refuses to see any undifferentiated patients inc. minor illnesses The gov are doing everything they can to remove doctors from the NHS & it’s patients who’ll pay the ultimate price

I firmly believe that the whole process of getting study budget approved, then later sending in receipts and loading up forms across multiple systems is designed solely to obstruct and prevent people claiming back.

What i hadn't realised as becoming a more senior doctor, is the difficulty of stopping interventions or treatments that have been started by colleagues, which whilst could be justified probably aren't the optimum. Even harder when sometimes doing nothing is best

I wont say what I really want to say as ill probably be struck off. But do not listen to a word this man says. He has no clue about the topic he claims to know about. He is a fool. And I really hope that one day he will seen for the fool he is.

Looking at the reform policy as an NHS worker in a decent tax bracket, financially I would benefit enormously. Yet I recognise the cost to the country and cost to those who need help would far out stretch any benefit I gained and cause a net loss for the entire economy.

Honestly he needs to be evaluated on his ability to remain in office. Because this and his advice on paracetamol is so far from medical evidence its scary. If you have hep B your baby absolutely needs treatment. Otherwise the consequences could be catastrophic.

Its been proven that vaccines do not cause autism. Paracetamol is safe and the studies Trump refers to are so weak they aren't even worth reading. But ultimately if you do believe them, are you really saying you'd rather risk your child's life over that they may be autistic?

We are now facing the exact same thing but a different demographic. Those who want to generate hate will do so to meet their agenda regardless of the actual facts. Please ask yourself why millionaires/billionaires are trying to convince you immigrants are the cause of your issues

I remember growing up a similar hatred towards Polish immigrants. As a descendant of such immigration I remember clearly someone saying 'they should all be put back on the boat' when I asked him should 'i be put on the boat' he was speechless.
