Alf Dubs is a hero. My late Mum was brought to the UK in 1922 by a charity. She was a 6 year old orphaned Armenian refugee. She became a State Registered Nurse. The hatred being generated by this appalling government and their complicit media is deeply sad.

As someone with a long term blood condition, I would be excluded from insurance cover. As someone who requires regular trips to haematology the ongoing charges would bankrupt me.

Private health care sounds great until you look into it. Don't cover pre-existing conditions, excess to pay, don't cover all procedures, extremely expensive full protection. Expensive medicines, don't cover full price for operations. Limited to drs who take medical aid rates.
