Any suggestions much appreciated: I ordered v good Curries elec toothbrush on 21.11.24 to be sent as birthday pressie. Delivery up to 3 days. It never arrived. V diff to get through to staff who eventually said they’d investigate. After 1.5 months I wrote to management who said

Why does my iPhone tell me to install update & after installation health app asks if I want to install the app -hence all info gone? general update also different from usual as I kept having to re-install info such as whether I wanted face recognition etc. Other apps seem ok 🤔

@elisled2 I’m glad someone with some knowledge and authority has pointed out, very publicly, that being closer to Europe would be to our advantage. Rejoining may not be possible for a long time but becoming part of the single market would help.
