I’m hearing reports that the shooter entered the ARRIS Apartment Building at 4th & Tingey SE and DC SWAT has evacuated residents. Absolutely unthinkable. Navy Yard has descended into mayhem.
OFFICER SHOT IN DC: 400 block of M St SE in Navy Yard DC— shots were fired at police, resulting in a Housing Authority police officer being shot & taken to a hospital in the back of a police cruiser. His condition is unknown at the moment.
