Itโs tough processing Craig Heistโs passing. ย I sat next to Heisty at Nats Park & worked w/ him at WTOP. Even when he was teed off with equipment or people, heโd eventually see the humor and bring folks to laughter! "Hei-Starโsโ omnipresent beacon shines brightly from above!

Sad hearing of Peteโs passing. I knew him 20 yrs, through Navy sports & the Nationals, where we sat next to each other. He had a real passion for radio & loved Patriot Lg hoops, but moreso he enjoyed sharing the successes of his kids. Weโll all miss his voice, RIP Pete Medhurst.
It is with heavy hearts that we share the news that @NavyAthletics broadcast commentator Pete Medhurst has passed away. He was a great man and a fantastic representative of the Patriot League.
