Look at the Road sector, Rail sector like the AIMMS one. We had the darkest period between 1970 to 2000. 30 years of ruins and no development works. I dont play politics but the data for 30 yrs reveal what India was.

I feel pity for poor farmers in Delta districts. Deep inside rural areas of Delta, the life style of these poor people has not changed for decades. I had travelled extensively in Delta areas some 20 years back as I belong to this place. No industries and no other means to improve

Sir, Stop all these drama just to show action is taken. Install cameras CCTVs at all border points . Cameras will never lie, if some one break the camera break his back and ask him to pay for 10 CCTVs. Change the laws. We dont have to study at Yale OR take training in NASA

I do agree with that he need not spend more time on the field . However it is a remarkable change from previous CMs which definitely need appreciation. He can gear up the authorities to do the needful. Help lines set up are not sufficient for a population of 50 lac and 500 SqKm.

Samudram lake near Thanjavur is being developed as park for children recreation. wish they create a jogging track for healthy life too as the perimeter is easily more than 4 Km. 3m wide black topped Road should do well.

You will have this problem as long as quarry and earth (materials) are controlled either directly or indirectly by politicians. Most of the NHAI Road works in my delta area are in bad shape as we had one span dropped at Kollidam new bridge. Hope CM step in and iron out

When I visited Chennai back in early Sep 2021, I took up a rapid rapid test ( Express test ) by paying SGD 250 (result available in 4 Hrs) and after returning here paid SGD 2000 for dedicated SHN (hotel stay) before moving to home. It is over 1.25 Lac for a 3 week visit.

These 3 river bridge construction yet to start (near Sundaraperumal koil/Kumbakonam). Now rivers are flowing full, construction could start only by Feb 2023 and it may take one year.

We can create more such facility in almost all towns where elephants are managed in temples. This may require less than half acre. Or even existing ponds can be modified to include ramps that can be access controlled.

What is shown in pic is Grand Anaicut Canal that originates from “Kallanai”built during Chola period. GAC was built during 1930’s during British regime. The river pass close to Big temple in my hometown. There are many irrigation structures built along this GAC.

My parents house in Thanjavur is just stone throwaway from this great temple. Spent quite a lot of time in this temple during my childhood some 40+ years back. Such a wonderful temple and I was lucky to visit the temple upto 4 or 5 floors back in 1980 when Kumbabishekam was held

A perfectly engineering designed 4 lane shall be 10 m carriage way width + PS with Centre median of 5 m in rural stretched and 1.8 m in urban stretches. These are just widening upto available width with no provision for storm water.

We have land records dating back to 1917 with every district collector office and CLA at Chepauk. One SPL DRO incharge of LA told me some 20 years back. Get me a prospective buyer and we can sell Marina beach. That was the condition of Registration department.

Yes. Began to do work from 2022. All these years did nothing but was getting salary. May be under table collections too for closing eyes on temple encroachment. I had a case in Kumbakonam sakkottai back in 2006-07 when temple land was encroached by indidividual who refused (1/2)
