Transgenderism and sexual orientation are not the same. But, and here's the thing, even if transness is innate, it doesn't alter someone's sex. Reproductive sex is a bald fact and the rights afforded women are based upon physical necessity or social disadvantage related to SEX.

They can't operate so my mam is being transfered to end of life care now. We're planning to bring her home on Friday and care for her here.
