Devon Fire and Rescue Service are currently dealing with a fire near Torrington. Police are on scene and assisting. The advice from the Fire Service to local residents is to “PLEASE STAY INDOORS, CLOSE YOUR WINDOWS AND DOORS”. There are currently no casualties.

APPEAL | We are investigating a report of a horse that sustained serious, unexplained injuries overnight on Monday 11 August in the Cheriton Bishop area. The horse sadly had to be put to sleep as a result. Anyone with information is asked to contact us, quoting 50250208871.
