@j_bettany @bindelj But for a quick overview of why as a socialist feminist I reject POMO gender identity ideology you cant top Amanda MacLean's excellent article "A World Without Gender"

Quite sickening to hear Wes Streeting and other ministers accuse Peter Mandelson of "betraying Labour party values". This is a government whose values did not just embrace child abuse. They actively colluded in the slaughter of children in Gaza by the tens of thousands.

Here's a quick ABC for those of you who are struggling: If you are a male and feel uncomfortable using a men's room, tough. That's not a problem for women to solve. If you are a TiM and are scared, stay at home. Don't expect women to make it okay. If you are a woman who doesn't

The Epstein files expose a corrupt system that functions in the interests of criminal elites. New Labour was and is a core part of this system. Jeremy Corbyn stood against it. No wonder Mandelson worked to destroy him. I write for Middle East Eye: https://t.co/3BTIAJrUmD

This is a worryingly bad take. Supposing the only way to mitigate a suicide risk was a move to Buckingham Palace? The answer "no" is still available.

If a man is genuinely so ill that he may kill himself if others refuse to pretend that he is a woman, it doesn't follow that others must pretend that he is a woman.

Male sexual entitlement and abuse of women and girls isn't an aberration or a perversion. It's baked into the structure of patriarchal power. Epstein was not an anomaly. He was an apotheosis.

Absolutely astonishing. A man who was on the committee that looked at the GRR Bill when it refused to meet survivors, tells a woman he wasn’t on that committee, and if he had been, he would’ve made sure the survivors were heard. Speechless.
