As a taxpayer (irrespective of whether you’re a scientist) would you would be in favor of more of the @NIH budget going to fund efforts to solve specific diseases at the expense of basic exploratory research? Which diseases?.

I’m a biologist. This guys is doing some really ill-conceived things that are genuinely dangerous, utterly quacky, and he shows little understanding of how science actually works. A screen grab of an obscure journal article is not science. My prediction is that he is going to.
I am no longer injecting my son's blood. I've upgraded to something else: total plasma exchange. Steps: .1. Take out all blood from body .2. Separate plasma from blood .3. Replace plasma with 5% albumin & IVIG. Here's my bag of plasma. Who wants it? .🧵

I find this so amusing. The opinions of children. He ‘killed woke’. And later his dad is going to beat up your dad.
After his first few days in office, it is looking more and more like Trump has killed woke. DEI, affirmative action, and gender ideology are under sustained assault with little resistance. The left have abandoned their trenches and are in full retreat.
