Who else thinks sales is something we should be teaching juniors and seniors in high school?
There really needs to be a life skills class for teens. Sales, leadership, personal development, personal finance.
Sales is one of the most important skills to learn. Not sure why there aren't any courses on sales in formal education.

I grew up surfing in NJ and that passion sent me over the world chasing waves. I'm dumbstruck at what we occurred on Monday along the NJ coast. Wave height 18 to 20 ft & heavy. Water temp 46. Pics aren't mine and don't know who to credit. Flip through these though!

My wife and 2 yr old son got in a car accident this afternoon. Both are at home and safe. It could have been so much worse. Really makes me grateful for God's protection and favor over them and the entire situation.

That might have been my best Bday ever. Woke at 6, 10 mile run, jump in the ocean, took the fam out for breakfast, hung at the beach with extended fam, played for hours in the ocean w/ my kids, SUP'd to the next island south for happy hour w/ wife, paddled back as the sun set.

I started surfing when I was 10 & been fortunate enough to have surfed all over the world. I have seen 20+ sharks but I know 100s have seen me.
They bug me out a bit but are fascinating.

Today I paid $139 to an appliance repair man to find out that my broken ice maker was not broken but just switched to the off position. It has a tiny little switch that's hidden. Not sure how it got flipped off a few months ago.

Day 1 post lasik surgery. Slept 14 hours last night. Vision is perfect 20/20. It's so odd and amazing to see clearly without contacts or glasses. Eyes are scratchy and feel like they have sand in them but they goes away after the) a few days.

All the lights are on, all the time. I go around turning them off multiple times a day. Considering buying motion detection light switches. Send help!
Older dads: which one comes first?
1) Wife and kids learn to turn off the lights when they leave a room.
2) We give up and leave all the lights on all the effing time.
Because the other option is keep bottling up the rage with every light switch I turn off.

Equitable wages 20%? Tips are To Insure Proper Service. The amount is supposed to be tied to the service level. I spent a bunch of time waiting tables and tending bar & loved that system. These guys take 20% automatically with no regard for how you treat their patrons? Weak.
