Yvonne, I used to work for British Gas back in the day. Ask them to email you a copy of their ‘Service Level Agreement’. It’s the rules that they set out themselves with times to resolve customer issues. A month is totally unacceptable, complain to Ofgem.

I was 60 on Thursday, thought I was going to see an Abba tribute band lastnight. That was a big set up… instead, it was a surprise birthday party for me. 🥰Friends & family had travelled from various parts of Ireland/from Scotland/Somerset & London to surprise me. I am 🙏.

Hi Paul, I had a brain tumour removed in Sept 2018 and I’m doing really well. I’ve had some regrowth since, which was treated with gamma knife radiation last year. Those surgeons really are miracle workers. Good luck to your lovely daughter.❤️

Phillip, as someone who lives in Spain I would add; doctors appointments same day, really fresh vegetables and fruit, lower prescription charges, a more laid back lifestyle, a three course menu del dia a few days ago for €9.80 and it included a drink.

Exactly, seen a post today from a Russian girl who lives and worked in Ukraine discussing a phone call she had with her mum in Russia about the war. Her mum refused to believe/hasn’t heard that Russia had attacked Ukraine!!!

Yes I regularly use Ryanair, I think they are fab. The only airline that kept flying during lockdown which was peace of mind incase there was an emergency that meant I need to travel.
