3 in 1! Great case with overlapping findings of aHUS, C3GN & DDD. LM=MPGN pattern, IF=bright C3, Neg C4d (& Ig), EM=many loops with subendothelial fluff (aHUS/TMA), electron dense deposits (C3GN), & dense intramembranous deposits (DDD). 60 yr old with hematuria & proteinuria.1/2
