Pete, after too many surgeries and too many rx pain pills, I fought my way off the couch yesterday and onto the exercise bike and treadmill. My entire life has been exercise but pain can stop one’s best intentions. Thank you for your daily inspirational walks which helped a lot

The 81-82 team was amazing and played at NC team in the tourney to within 2 points. That team had 3 first round draft picks in Jordan, Worthy and Perkins. That was the greatest JMU team I ever saw, and they were special.
